Our philosophy is to represent winemakers and winegrowers who respect their
land, their fruit and their craft. By doing so, we naturally gravitate to wines that are lower
in production, hand crafted and, often, still privately owned. We feel these producers are
most in tune with who we are as an independent restaurant with the same ideals and goals,
which is to bring you, our guest, the best possible product while continuing to respect
the area we inhabit.
